I did my research for several hours calling various garage door companies. I wanted a recessed panel or shaker-style door. Sami spoke honestly about the pros and cons of different features. He was honest and upfront and best of all gave me a great price quote.
We ordered a great-looking door from Door Link Manufacturing. I purchased the garage door opener from Lowe’s (they offered a better price for the side mount) - he even encouraged me to do so. I am happy with every facet of his service. He was punctual, responsive, and even cleaned up after he installed everything. It is very hard to find a contractor with his professionalism and integrity. I can not recommend him more highly.

Sam was awesome!

After I damaged our door (actually the rollers and cable) by trying to prevent it from closing on my wife's car that was not fully in the garage, I surely thought we were in for a lengthy and costly repair.

I called Sam and he happened to be close by completing another repair. He quoted that he'd arrive between 2-4 pm and was there at 230. He even texted when he was on his way so we'd be ready for him.

He took a quick look and quoted his price upfront which seemed more than fair. He got right to work and had everything fixed within 45 minutes. Despite my garage door being 20-ish years old, he never once tried to upsell me to a new door and opener. In fact, he only mentioned it when I asked what a whole new door, track, and opener would cost. He did let me know that it probably wouldn't be worth fixing again should something else separate from this issue go wrong but he actually warrantied this repair for 1 year. Finally, he even said if we use him in the future for a new garage door, we'd get a discount for using him for a previous repair.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and his company to anyone needing a quality garage door technician with reasonable prices.

During the recent Thanksgiving weekend, I had a garage door emergency that required extensive repair. On the weekend, Sami was able to secure the parts and complete the repair in very short order; Amazing to say the least!

"Definitely Recommend"

Sam came out and charged us only half to fix our garage door when others quoted double for fixing the same issue where the belt fell off.
He came immediately, and was done in under an hour; and gave us the minor screw parts that others often would nickel and dime us for, for free.  
He also looked into why the belt was getting misaligned and adjusted the join to the garage door slightly to reduce the likelihood the misalignment recurs.
We would definitely recommend him again.

"Wish I'd Had Him Before"

Someone referred me to Sami, when my garage door quit working. I called him and he said he could come by later that morning between 11 - 12:00. He showed up a few minutes after 11:00 and looked at the door, diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, and adjusted the door, and the price was very, very reasonable. I wish that I'd had him before. The others had charged me a lot for hardly doing anything. He charged me a little and did a lot. Great guy as well!! Highly recommend him.
